As you're coming under the bridge, you're immediatly in front of a red light. You don't really have time to think about anything. So what we'd like to get done is get a warning light on both side of the bridge; raise the lights, and put a camera up on the end of the lights so the ones who run the red lights will get a ticket. This way wa can stop wrecks.
