   <description><![CDATA[my name is kenneth kindle , i live in monticello in&nbsp;&nbsp;i live on 962 mitchell ave.on the corner on mitchell and linda ave&nbsp;&nbsp;in the house next to me on linda ave&nbsp;&nbsp;did live a family named rafiel gutierrez&nbsp;&nbsp;1019 linda ave. he has your co. a home loan on said property and 4-5 more homes in monticello<br />here is our problem there is a small hill adjoining the two homes&nbsp;&nbsp;i have lived in current home for 40 some years&nbsp;&nbsp; between proprety i have a 3ft high tall stone wall fence&nbsp;&nbsp;his water is know coming from his property&nbsp;&nbsp;and bring a lot of dirt with it filling my yard&nbsp;&nbsp;and stone drive&nbsp;&nbsp;his hillside is colasping from a hole on top of his property&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;that you can stand in and be up to your hips.&nbsp;&nbsp; we got to gether last year with the town city councle and decided to split the cost of repair allthough it has nothing to do with anything i have caused just neighbor changing the direction of&nbsp;&nbsp;water dowm spouts. and all his water is going to my property. so know he has moved and i have no clue where. iam left with problem so i had a escaviting&nbsp;&nbsp;co come in and fix my side and some of his and no one to pay half of the bill as promised. i guess&nbsp;&nbsp;he did not speak english and i dont speak spanish.&nbsp;&nbsp;so what ia'm telling you that ia'm going to put a lean on his property so it can be solved before he can sell home. just to let you know what is happening&nbsp;&nbsp;lbkindle@sugardog.com<br /><br /><br />** Comment as posted elsewhere on citytowninfo.com **]]></description>

   <description><![CDATA[If you love trucks, SUV's, and cars, you will love Lafayette.<br />Though it is a relatively small city, residents use their vehicles for even the shortest trips. Adult pedestrians and bicyclists are so rare, that you don't normally have to worry about them!
