I am a resident of Palm Harbor for over 4 years and owned a house. I was playing tennis with my daughter at the Putnam Park Tennis courts Friday at around 3:45PM. There were no one using the courts except us, when a person arrived and told me that " you're gonna have to pick up the tennis balls" That sounded like he own the place. Then I asked him if he needed 2 courts for his lesson and he said yes. When I looked at the board outside, I did not see any schedule or sign-up sheet that the courts are booked for his lesson. Is that a public court? Where can I sign up for the court usage? When no one is on the court, am allowed to use more than 3 balls?

** Comment as posted elsewhere on citytowninfo.com **
