Can anyone tell me about Margate?  My husband and I are planning on moving to Florida, from Salem, Ma.,  to be closer to my family who live in Fort Lauderdale.  The prices of homes and taxes seems to be lower in Margate, than Fort Lauderdale.  Any information would be greatly appreciated. :)
