I am interested in placing a community center in Stamps what do you think about that idea. I was raised in Stamps however i left at a young age the last ime that I was in Stamps it looks so surreal it is nothing like I remember as a kid. I thought that if something was in the area maybe the people would start carring about the property  and things around them. However ther are still some parts of the city that are still nice but I remember very liitle that is around in the town.
