One of the main things that needs attention is:
The JUNK & TRASH THAT ARE COLLECTING IN ALOT OF THE RESIDENTS FRONT & BACK YARD.  THERE NEEDS TO BE A MANDITORY CLEAN UP THIS WOULD VERY MUCH IMPROVE THE NEIGHBORHOOD-ESPECIALLY ON THE STREETS BEHIND EITHER SIDE OF SHANNON HILLS DRIVE.  IMPROVE THE ANIMAL CONTROL PROBLEM.
