I'm disappointed to see how run down some of the homes are in the Lakewood area.  I'm speaking of the area just south of Michelson and east of Dunrobin.  Oftentimes people don't take pride in their homes and let the homes and yards become a neighborhood eyesore.  There's one in particular that needs to be upgraded....corner of Candor Street and Dunrobin Avenue.  Are there no guidelines for this sort of thing?  Does not the City of Lakewood care what happens?
