Crossett actually has a high rate of poverty.Also has a poor education system and many of the people in crossett are uneducated. The only reason the educated population feel at home in crossett are because the majority of them live in the gated community of lake view.
As far as things to do in arkansas there are no activity for toddlers unless you count sending them to daycare or school. Parks and outdoors:you have the park which is unkept the swings and monkey bars are outdated and unsafe. There is a zoo which is kept up by people who need to do community service. there is a library but you usually end up having to request the books you want because they dont have them.
