I was bornn and raised in Vallejo and just want to speak the truth. Vallejo is one of the most drug infested cities in the bay area. I often hear gun shots in my neighborhood known as Millerville. Due to the recent budget cuts in the city many officials are predicting that Vallejo will return to its reputation as one of the most dangerous cities in California. For instance in 1992 Vallejo was given the title of murder capital of the U.S. Despite the hopes of the redevelopement in Vallejo, many police officials (retired and active) have recommended to avoid Vallejo.
