When I was in Walnut Ridge last summer, I was totally stunned how how run down and neglected the town look and the homes around the town, It looks like they have lost their PRIDE....my grandmas old home was so piled up in junk and garbage that they had built a wood fence to hide it but the trash was higher than the fence.. the whole neighbor hood look awful.. I was Irate over the fact that beautiful town that I use to love to run to the courthouse and look down the well, hear the music and preaching had turned in to a DUMP...Shame on you Walnut Ridge and the so called people who are in charge of the town...I hope you get your act together and restore this once wonderful vibrant town....on saturday, everyone was up town talking, buying...other towns have had bad spells but they revive their towns, Walnut Ridge needs to revitalize....
