We are a town that has approximately 60 people of low income.We have a salvage yard and that is it.The salvage yard has depreciated the homes so badly,that it is hard to get a decent value out of it no matter how much you fix it up.The occupants here are almost all related except for a few that ventured to move in here and fix up a home.Two years ago,we did get city water.
