I am moving to Park Rapids in the immediate future and am looking for a SMALL, low-cost apartment, or for someone who needs a roommate (I am quiet & clean!).

You have a couple of options... You can place an ad in the Park Rapids newspaper to find a roommate, The Park Rapids Enterprise. It can be reached by mail at  PO Box 111, Park Rapids, MN 56470 or by phone at 218-732-3364 to place a personal ad so you can find a room. It is published bi-weekly on Wednesdays and Sundays with a circulation of just under 6,000. Check out http://www.parkrapidsenterprise.com.
