Does anyone know or have access to any old newspapers from this area? Looking for 1870 Mt. Pleasant papers and any information I can find on John & MaryJane Beard, who sold their land and moved around Oct 1870. Trying to find out if they sold their land due to illness or what? Hoping they paper might say something.
