Contemplating a move to the Brookfield area and have no idea what the difference (if any) there is to buying in North, East, West, or regular ol' Brookfield.  I know they are different towns (different zips) with different high schools, but other than that have no other info to go on.  Also, how about Sturbridge?  I grew up in Western MA and have been living in CA for the last 16 years.  Thanks for any help you can give including websites that might be of some assistance.
