Are there any Chapmans or Pooles still living around Florence? My great aunt was Mrs Walter (Chatty) Chapman. Few knew it around Florence, but Walter Chapman was kin to Johnny Appleseed Chapman. Our family was kin to Johnny Appleseed through one of his siblings. The Pooles own a ranch south of Florence as did also Aunt Chatty Chapman.
