Are they planning to add more community developing sites in CS such as an aquarium, a larger museum, and a true shopping and recreational district to enrichen our culture, and biking trails to provide residents a commuting option if they live near their work? Are they planning to enlargen the air port to bring in more business? If the median average earning for CS is increasing, I'm sure they would be willing to pay a little more taxes to enrichen their heritage.
