My grandmother(Mildred Horton) an African American was a rsident of Tipton in 1921. See bore a daughter (Onnie Mae)on April 29,1921, and was married to Onnie Hightower.If you have any records of the Hightowers or Hortons, would you please email me with what you have. Lawrence Minor
