I'm CEO of the Oregon Transportation Museum and need to move it.  I keep hearing that winery and vineyard owners in Dundee want me to move it there; and that they are willing to make me an offer of some kind; but, after several months of anticipation of an offer, I have not been contacted by anyone representing them.  I'll soon be deciding where to move the museum (operated as a Historic Amusement Park); and if Dundee wants the museum and the large number of tourists it will attract, I need to hear something soon.
