Gloucester is falling apart !!The schools are a joke. The people are rude. Very,Very high drug rates in this city.I have lived here my whole life 37 years.I have 3 kids. My husband wanted to move 10 years ago and i said no. I wish I said yes. If you have  kids that dont need " special services" in school dont send them here. Gloucester does not care about its people anymore and most of the smart ones have left. Gloucester wants to stay a fishing town - wake up people - the fish are not coming back. Don't get sick here either -  Gloucester gets the worst of the worst doctors there is.
