Lubec sounds delicious.  My husband and I both love the ocean.  I cannot stand heat and I know  summer is very generally mid to upper 70's.  No hustle or bustle.  We now live in a hamlet in the Catskills. We have our home for 30 yearsI do operate a small antique shop out of my home and I hook primitive style small rugs and wall hangings.  I just have this gut feeling "this is the place" and I love an older home.  Just hope our dream can come true!
