I believe that Billings needs to start spending more money on parks instead of the graveyards. Its nice to spend money on them but don't you think that they need to...the kids don't have any where to play because the parks are so bad and dead. Also they need to spruce up Poly Vista Park. When we go to other cities I see these beautiful parks and I wonder if Billings people think that would make the city parks any better? I bet you do! Well I still LOVE BIllings but can't we help it out?
