My sweetest childhood memories are of visiting my Granny and Grandpa Cornale in "South Willy". I will never forget getting out of the long car ride from my home in Milwaukee and running over to Oxie's tavern to see Grandpa. Grandpa would say, " Hi Lanie, what do you want?" I always got an Orange Crush "pop" and a Hershey Bar. This week I will be going to my Uncle Dody Cornale's funeral. He is my dad's Bobby Cornale's younger brother. I don't know when I will be back in South Willy after this Wednesday, but I will always have precious childhood memories of my dad's hometown.
