The trash and vendors at the Hallandale Bch Blvd & I-95 South intersection is a disgrace. Street vendors and bums leave piles of trash and have NO respect for Pembroke Park. Please erect a sign stating no soliciting or loitering or littering. The vendors are just ruining it for themselves. If this isn't possible please fine the vendors/ and or newspaper co's for the cost of daily trash clean up. Thank you.
