Hello.  I hope to visit this summer.  All four of my father's grandparents immigrated there from Ireland..we really don't know how most of them got there.  The names are Timothy Garvey (who worked on the canals), his wife Maggie Lyons, John Devery, and his wife Eliza Creehan.  If anyone is related or knows any information about any of these people or their kin, please email me at mgarvey@wsu.edu.  mg
