I have lived in Bell Gardens for over twenty years off and on. I can't go to the stores anymore because it's become all spanish speaking, so it's not Bell Gardens anymore it's Mexico. And Im married to a Mexican American who served in Viet Nam so I'm not prejudice .I would just think that we are in  America people here should speek english. You can't go to a drive in to even get a hamberger unless you understand spanish. Well just thought I'd vent my thoughts about how sick of it Im , But I'm sure who ever is reading this thinks it's great to all be spanish speaking because you are the community service, certainly you already know and condone it.
