According to the second annual Sunshine State Survey one in five Floridians are
seriously considering leaving the state.  

Why would you want to leave?  Whould you say yes to the survey?

Considering the lack of jobs, the market conditions, the tax and insurance cost have become MAJOR problems, I would leave the area first, but in all likelyness...leaving the entire STATE would be my choice.  I no longer have a good reason for staying here. [face=Times][/face]

I have heard on other blogs that St.Lucie has a problem with smells from sewage and the city has not built in sidewalks.  I was looking at St Lucie as a possible place to relocate and escape the Michigan Winters.  It is horrible and taxing on my arthritis.  Where couldone research in Florida as a possible place to move to?  Please give as much info as you can on property, taxes, jobs, diversity etc.
