My son purchased a coupon from A center for Alternative Medicine and Spa for me for Christmas - I called to make an appointment for saturday March 10, 2007 at 12:30pm - the person to do the facial did not arrive until after 1:00pm -there was another customer waiting with me for a massage - when she came in he asked her if he could get a facial also - when I asked how long it would be they said they couldn't find my appointment and could we reschedule - I wasn't happy because I felt they gave my appointment to him - but I agreed so I made the appointment for Wednesday at 5:00pm and she told me not to be late, she also asked me to tell people about her place and I told her I couldn't because I haven't experienced it yet - after I got there and fillef out my papaer work she starrted talking with one of the other people waiting about the guy outside that she had dated - she took her in and said I'll tell you about it later - around 5:30pm she took me to the room and said I'll be back in five minutes a half hour later I got dressed and walked out and told that she could keep the coupon and the fifty dollars and shove it and that if she wanted me to tell people about her place it wasn't going to be good.  I just think this women isn't very professional and I guess I didn't meet up to her standards - I just want people that work hard for a living and want a little treat for themselves that this is not the place to do it.
