Bicycling in Hampshire is not decent-there is too much of a risk of getting hit by traffic because there isn't any bike trails going around town. The roads in Hampshire are country roads which have little or no shoulder for bikers to ride on. In town the bikes aren't allowed on the sidewalks and are forced in the gutters of the street which is dangerous due to debris. I wrote to the mayor a year ago about fixing this but apparently it still hasn't.
