A great place to raise a family.  Most of the town is on the mainland, but a small part is on the Atlantic Ocean.  Easy access to Philadelphia, NYC, Trenton and Atlantic City, but has great county parks, a choice of resorts, boardwalks.  Nice county college, good schools, wonderful library system with 20 branches interconnected and great programs.  Lots of nature - canoe, kayak, windsurf, fish, parasail, sailing, motorboating - a nautical town as a river runs along its borders.
