I would love to have a best thing about Holland. However, I moved there shortly after being married and having a child.  Due to all the problem associated with the poor water in town, it literally destroyed my marriage.  My daughter was horrified when in the shower to have brown rusty water running down her body. So much more to say, not enough time.  I call it HELLand.
