Orange Park has been ruined by the clay county commissioners that have allowed massive development that has clogged the only two roads out of Orange Park, US 17 and Blanding Blvd.
making travel to and from Jacksonville time consuming and difficult in the morning and evening. Apparently, they only care about the developers that are getting richer by the day.
