I hate it here!Taxes are way too high along with crime. The place is drity and the schools suck. I wish I had not bought a house in this dump!

How high are property taxes? In 2007 my property tax was $2336 for .17 of an acre. I had applied for Maryland's homeowner's credit - got that with my total income being less than 30K . Does Michigan have something like homeowner's credit?
